∎ Maintaining highest level of customer care through well informed and motivated staff at all levels and at all times of moments of truth with external and internal customers.
∎ Carrying out daily departmental briefing on department's promotional activities, product availability, sales, merchandizing, price changes and shelf ticketing.
∎ Maintaining specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and health and safety procedure at all time.
∎ Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and team and customer awareness, according to company policy and relevant law.
∎ Be responsible for the people productivity of the assigned Department.
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of QMS processes and procedures.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication abilities
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Superior problem-solving skills in business and everyday situations
∎ Able to apply critical thinking skills to resolve difficult issues
∎ Friendly and pleasant voice
∎ Able to remain calm in frustrating situations
∎ Engaging and outgoing personality
