Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Strong professional communication skills
∎ Familiar using office equipment effectively
∎ Strong time management abilities
∎ to ensure that all customer transactions are carried out accurately using the POS system and within the specified customer care standards.
∎ Greet & warmly welcome customers into the store.
∎ Attending to the customer completely from arrival at the checkout counter to departure from the checkout counter.
∎ To supervise the packing of purchased goods into the different categories of products.
∎ Interact with customers to ascertain their level of satisfaction.
∎ Assist customers in the store regarding products & other services.
∎ Communicate with the customers about ongoing promotional offers to customers.
∎ Take feedback from customers & register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills
∎ Proactive and hard working
∎ Leadership & Team Building skills
∎ Ability to operate Computer smoothly.
∎ Fluency in Spoken Bangla & English.
