Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate preferably in Finance & Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting daily cash sales & making deposits to the bank.
∎ Preparing reports on sales made through credit card sales & sending it to the appropriate authority.
∎ Checking of GRN & sending to concerned person.
∎ Maintaining a petty cash fund and ensuring that funds are available for teal.
∎ Maintaining the VAT register at the outlet and providing necessary information to the concerned person as and when required.
∎ Preparing reports on cash variance, gift vouchers sales, sales and sending it to the concerned person.
∎ Submitting outlet VAT monthly & responding to customs inquiries.
∎ Reconcile supplier GR & payment related issues & settle after discussing with the store manager.
∎ Monitor direct purchases at the respective outlets.
∎ All SAP tasks as per authorized T-Codes and scheduled timeline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills
∎ Proactive and hard working
∎ Leadership & Team Building skills
∎ Ability to operate Computer smoothly.
∎ Fluency in Spoken Bangla & English.
∎ Candidates from Dhaka & Sylhet division are encouraged to apply.
