Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team to achieve departmental planned targets as per ABP
∎ Maintaining product availability through close liaison with the store manager and supervisory team.
∎ Availability, sales, merchandising, price changes, and shelf ticketing.
∎ Perform regular market surveys & seek information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate with appropriate functional FPRs.
∎ Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills
∎ Strong professional communication skills
∎ Familiar using office equipment effectively
∎ Strong time management abilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher are encouraged to apply & experience get preferable.
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills
∎ Proactive and hard working
∎ Ability to operate Computer smoothly.
∎ Fluency in Spoken Bangla & English.
