Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team to achieve departmental planned targets as per ABP
∎ Maintaining product availability by close liaison with store manager & outlet Team.
∎ Maintaining highest level of customer care through well informed and motivated staff at all levels and at all times of moments of truth with external and internal customers.
∎ Carrying out daily departmental briefing on department's promotional activities, product availability, sales, merchandizing, price changes and shelf ticketing.
∎ Maintaining specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and health and safety procedure at all time.
∎ Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and team and customer awareness, according to company policy and relevant law.
∎ Perform regular market surveys & seek information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate to appropriate functional FPRs.
∎ Ensure the implementation of promotional activities on time.
∎ Be responsible for the people productivity of the assigned Department.
∎ Perform SAP System related tasks accurately & on time.
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of QMS processes and procedures. Performing PR, GR, and Product Returns etc. on SAP System on time.
∎ Assist in planning delivery schedules, product availability, promotional activities, price changes & product tagging etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills,
∎ Leadership & team building qualities,
∎ Analytical ability,
∎ Proactive and hardworking;
∎ Sound knowledge of SAP System
∎ Candidates from Dhaka & Sylhet division are encouraged to apply
