  • Must have expertise in CRM software.

  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients.

  • Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive information.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ensure efficient and effective interactions with people.

  • Uphold a high standard of customer service.

  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment.
