- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to conduct extensive field visits and travel within the city
- Familiarity with using CRM tools and MS Office is mandatory
Responsibilities & Context: About Shuttle: Shuttle is a technology-driven transportation solution provider, catering to individuals and businesses across Bangladesh. We specialize in affordable, reliable, and scalable passenger transport services, including B2B corporate pick & drop and rental solutions. We are now looking for a Corporate Sales Officer to help us expand our growing B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively find and visit potential clients to generate new business leads
- Conduct extensive door-to-door B2B sales visits in assigned areas
- Sell Shuttle’s tailored transportation services to corporates, SMEs, startups, and institutions
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers through cold calls, referrals, networking, and events
- Understand client challenges and propose customized, value-driven transport solutions
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs — monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, feedback, and updates on CRM platforms
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demand to pitch effectively
- Represent Shuttle at business events, expos, and corporate networking sessions
