Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and monitor the onboarded drivers.
∎ Regularly oversee daily operations.
∎ Build and maintain good rapport with existing customers and drivers.
∎ Address queries and concerns promptly.
∎ Provide driver training as needed.
∎ Conduct data entry and prepare daily reports.
∎ Good at stakeholder management with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Willingness to engage with customers regularly.
∎ Previous customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
