Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage office supplies, inventory, and facilities maintenance.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related services.
∎ Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for employees.
∎ Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
∎ Assist in the preparation of office-related reports, correspondence, and documents.
∎ Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.HR Duties:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, attendance, and leave records with confidentiality.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, and HR regulations.
∎ Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee queries.
∎ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.
∎ Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.Employee Engagement:
∎ Promote a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure alignment with company goals.Compliance and Legal Matters:
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory HR requirements are met, including proper documentation and reporting.Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.Skills:
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ High level of discretion and confidentiality.
