Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ DRRA is one of the largest development organizations in the field of disability in Bangladesh since 1996, working for developing an inclusive society and promoting rights of persons with disabilities as well as for the destitute. We served more than 1.2 million of persons with disabilities, and 43 thousand of NDD persons in the last 20 years. Currently, we are operating programs in 25 districts with 30 implementing partner NGOs and 200 DPOs & CBOs. DRRA awarded from United Nation`s for evolving inclusive education as best model in Bangladesh. DRRA also received the recognition from Ministry of Social Welfare for contributing in humanitarian sector for shaping the future of person with disabilities through 25 year`s developmental journey.
∎ DRRA is operating Micro Credit Program in Tongi & Satkhira district and looking for suitable candidate for the Coordinator - Micro Credit Program.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review Monthly Implementation Plan and provide feedback to achieve the goal
∎ Justify all sorts of credit proposals and follow up disbursement of loans
∎ Review the documentation and ensure all files are updated accordingly
∎ Review the recovery plan and ensure the implementation of the plan
∎ Review the savings account in line with the program implementation plan
∎ Organize weekly meetings and discuss with the branch managers regarding achievement and target fill up and other issues and coordinate with the management authority for the quick solution
∎ Identify the gaps and weakness for further improvement
∎ Support to the branch managers on staff management, planning reporting & evaluation
∎ Review the monthly plan and share with the management with recommendation
∎ Visit the members/beneficiary on regular basis to develop the profile
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and experience on credit program development, implementation and reporting
∎ Knowledge on MRA policy & compliance
∎ Experience on reporting as of MRA requirement
∎ Should have strong Planning and monitoring skill.
∎ Should have capacity to handle legal action as necessary.
∎ Should have fund management and collection capability.
∎ Should have Strong leadership capacity, Staff development & management skill.
∎ Should have micro credit software use Skill.
∎ Should have good overdue recovery and management skill.
∎ Ability to work and lead a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines;
∎ Ability to driving motorcycle and have valid driving license.
∎ Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills including excellent correspondence skill with stakeholders.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
Monthly consolidated salary along with other admissible benefits as per project budget and, or DRRA policy
