Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic advice on the medium- and long-term future of the Company
∎ Advise on planning, forecasting & execution of corporate plans to achieve financial targets.
∎ Establish operational standards for areas of responsibility, including cost control, waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs & appropriate measures that reflect performance & results.
∎ Advice & maintain a high standard of poultry husbandry to achieve mortality to be within the internationally accepted standard, growth management, egg production percentage optimized to the breed standard, supervise and monitor Grand Parent, Parent Stock, Commercial Broiler, Hatchery & Lab-in-charge day to day activities and provide comparisons against major producing countries.
∎ Ensure bird's health maintenance programmed & established guidelines & ensure present ongoing practice.
∎ Operations include Broiler Operations, Dressing Plant, Sales & Marketing value-added products & Broiler Dressed chickens.
∎ Ensure that all the members of the department have their responsibilities & authorities clearly established.
∎ In general, the Consultant (Technical & Production) will have the responsibility to give the necessary advice on all operational and financial affairs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Industry experience with Foreign/International/Multinational Poultry Companies and Suppliers of genetics, equipment, animal health products and financial institutions having agriculture as an important focus, will be an added advantage.
∎ Minimum of two weeks per month of physical presence. Available full-time by remote.
