Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business development, Market Research, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the market and write report/prepare presentation for the Management.
∎ Lead creative development and create motivation stimulus to get targeted population (Agency Management, Design of POS, Shop sign installation, Transition to New Logo) in liaison with the Management.
∎ Brainstorm and formulate new growth strategy for Business.
∎ Sales tools and collateral development.
∎ Analyze market & growth structure.
∎ Special projects of different nature as assigned by the Management.
∎ Conduct dealers' conference.
∎ Frequent market visit for analyzing competitor activities.
∎ Execution and development effective advertising and media.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having working experience in Agro Business Sector will get preference.
