Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the social and environmental compliance of the factories in Bangladesh .
∎ Support the quality team in monitoring Scope Certificates and Transaction Certificates .
∎ Push the development of new innovative WECARE products (Natural dye, recycled cotton, etc.) .
∎ Support the CSR team in the implementation of a social project in Bangladesh.
∎ Support the local team on the collection of factory videos for the project Transparency.
∎ Support suppliers on the onboarding and deployment of the project Traceability via TRUSTRACE .
∎ Reporting to :Head of Sustainable Development and Responsible Sourcing, Etam Group , Hong Kong /China, Country Manager Bangladesh office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills (English)
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
