Job Context:
∎ The manager Quality and Compliance is responsible for guaranteeing that ETAM orders are produced according to our company`s quality and ethical standards.
∎ He manages his team in order to achieve his department`s targets in terms of production quality assurance, supplier`s performance and factories compliance.
∎ He comes forward with ideas and solutions in order to ever improve his department performance in line with customer`s requirements.
∎ He shares and promotes ETAM values and ethic rules.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager Quality & Compliance recruits, trains, coaches, and controls a team of Senior Quality Controllers, Quality Controllers and Auditors.
∎ Defines his target team and organization and proposes it to the Country Manager .
∎ Recruits his team members accordingly and defines/organizes relevant trainings.
∎ Develops / updates working processes in order to improve his team efficiency.
∎ Follows, controls and animates his team to achieve targets.
∎ Assesses his team members and helps them grow within the organization.
∎ Ensures that the Quality Monitoring Template is duly filled in at all time.
∎ Promotes company values and ethic within the team.
∎ The Manager Quality & Compliance guarantees and develops the technical and social compliance of our suppliers portfolio in line with Etam standards.
∎ Makes sure that Internal Quality and Compliance Audits are properly conducted as part of the suppliers validation process.
∎ Organizes suppliers trainings on Etam quality requirements and controls their level of understanding and knowledge.
∎ Assesses suppliers performance, defines and monitors Corrective Action Plans through regular meetings with concerned factories.
∎ Ensures that social audits are performed as per targets and Corrective Action Plans are well implemented within imparted deadlines.
∎ Ensures that the common suppliers database is duly filled in at all time.
∎ The Manager Quality & Compliance takes an active part in the global operation process.
∎ Is a key partner for all social & quality departments of the company.
∎ Communicates within the office about Quality department activity.
∎ Ensures good cooperation of his team with all support services.
∎ Ensures the implementation of EIS policies and rules.
∎ Makes proposals to improve the global processes efficiency.
∎ Benchmarks quality practices and organization (internal / external), shares about best practices and new processes ideas.
∎ Facilitates relationships between vendors and nominated service providers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Daily management and coaching skills (understanding of manager's role, individual and group management, employee's coaching and development).
∎ Training skills (New comers' integration, trainings' organization, employees' needs identification, trainings' brief and debrief).
∎ Suppliers' production process.
∎ Technical characteristics of products.
∎ Technical solutions to quality problems.
∎ Factories' quality control system and production reports.
∎ Factories' social and environmental management system.
∎ Etam's process file and buying process.
∎ Communication techniques.
∎ Good level in oral and written English.
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
