Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide clear direction to team members and supply chain and Build strong connectivity with supply chains at the best interest of brands
∎ Review weekly progress, utilization, yarn , fabric accessories booking.
∎ Monthly review of factory production capacity and update buyer accordingly.
∎ Review open costing sheets with suppliers to meet target prices .
∎ Make sure to analyze risk assessment of the product to avoid last minute problem in production.
∎ Monthly review of business objectives and follow up / plan to achieve objectives.
∎ Make sure emails are responded within 24 hours and follow up with regular phone calls to build a strong relationship.
∎ Make sure the action plan is followed to act and until the weaknesses are corrected.
∎ Understand the supplier and work with them to service the needs of the Brands.
∎ Visit factories and carry out progress inspections, resolve exceptions, share KPI's and support them to improve standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Over 12-15 years sourcing and merchandising experience in Lingerie ,Knitwear, Woven, Sweater apparel products.
∎ At least 5 years working at managerial level.
∎ A strong sourcing network and good understanding of French market trend is a must.
∎ Excellent project management skills and leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent, proactive. Able to work under pressure calmly.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy.
∎ Frequent business travel may be required.
Salary: Negotiable
