Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
EHS, ETP, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and Implement social, health & safety and environment compliance standards, programs and procedures as required by factory compliance & legal requirements.
∎ Maintain compliance by updating programs, developing policies and procedures
∎ Carrying out daily floor visit and monitoring activities to Identify hazard & potential risks, make risk assessments and making recommendations to management
∎ Ensure good health & safe working environment in all aspect of compliance including health & safety (Fire, Electrical, Building, Environmental and Chemical)
∎ Ensure all employees using proper PPE for day-to-day work, Welfare issues and benefits
∎ To ensure proper communication, execute or orientation, awareness, training program on rules and regulation, compliance & health & safety (Fire, Electrical, Building, Environmental and Chemical)
∎ Establish a full functional and effective fire safety management system and comply safety standards, plan and procedure.
∎ Periodically (daily/weekly) check fire preventing/fighting equipment and make sure those are working properly and Conduct fire drill monthly
∎ Ensure proper documentation to prepare, maintain & update all compliance related documents/register as appropriate and renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits
∎ Handling employee & workers grievance and counseling
∎ Conduct internal audits program to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the established internal control and procedures and compliance
∎ Find out any non-conformity, and to take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings (root cause analysis) in a systematic and planned manner
∎ Should have knowledge to face certification audit like ISO or compliance standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Prefer having knowledge about Biological ETP process, Sludge management, EHS,EMS, Legal documents-license (Env),chemical &waste management etc and priority to be given who has working experience on EMS & EHS,HIGG FEM3.0
