Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline (PGD in Compliance/HR will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a reputed RMG company who has managed compliance administration and should have a good exposure to handling compliance audits.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia (Near DEPZ), Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be well conversant with local labor laws, social compliance (Process & Procedure on Certification of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX & C-TPAT etc.).
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & Rout case analysis.
∎ To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permit
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
∎ Able to write different policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
∎ Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
∎ Support HR and Welfare and other departments as the case may be, in successfully implementing compliance related initiatives
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command in computer literacy.
∎ Should have good analytic power and communication skills to resolve issues.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Proactive and able to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
