Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a reputed RMG company (Commercial Department).
∎ Job Location: Ashulia (Near DEPZ), Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize commercial documents, Keeping File, scanning, Printing, Photocopy, Typing etc.
∎ Need to Visit Different Office like BGMEA, Airport-Customs, Bank, C&F If required for handover docs.
∎ Responsible for Counting at the time of unloading Imported materials and Keeping Delivery Challan.
∎ Communication with Warehouse, Machinery section, Accounts department and packing section regarding of details related with import and unload /counting materials with Challan.
∎ Keeping short receive materials record and Claim to Insurance .
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Please do not apply, if you don't speak English well.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office & MS Excel. Internet Browsing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Proactive and able to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
