Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Comilla EPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ According to the requirements of the manufacturing department or the customer, the drawing design of the sample product or product image.
∎ Program the processed drawing or samples, and select straight or copper according to the product shape.
∎ Check the cavity of the product that has been engraved on the machine to confirm whether it can be disassembled into the next process. (Inspection includes: Whether the program ends smoothly, whether the tool is engraved in place, surface finish, LOGO thickness, etc.)
∎ Inform the polishing staff of the difficulty of the products so that they can make adjustments to the characteristics of the product.
∎ Carry out the final inspection and confirmation of the blanks that have been proofed. (Inspection includes: Size, shape similarity, surface finish, LOGO thickness, material size, misplacement, etc.)
∎ Understand some basic knowledge of mold repair, and know several common repair methods such as bruises, sticking, running and collapse.
∎ If there is a sample, after the mold is completed, it should be flowed into the next process or returned to the manufacturing department.
∎ Perform 6S every 20 minutes. (Includes: wiping the office desk, sweeping the floor, turning off the computer, lights and exhaust fans after work.)

∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to have good sound in English skill as well as good sound in Computer skill.
