As a Client Relationship Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — ensuring smooth communication, effective execution, and outstanding results.
Managing and nurturing strong client relationships.
Understanding client goals and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
Coordinating with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver campaigns on time.
Tracking campaign performance and preparing insightful reports.
Ensuring client satisfaction and proactively addressing challenges.
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new services or strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship-building.
Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals to offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, strategy) to execute campaigns seamlessly.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and status reports to keep clients informed and engaged.
Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Address client concerns, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, contributing to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, communication logs, campaign data, and updates.
Support internal teams in resource planning, task prioritization, and workflow management for client projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to offer informed recommendations.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that enhance client loyalty and retention.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.
Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and brainstorming workshops to ensure campaigns align with client vision and objectives.
