Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the agency by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. This role focuses on generating leads, building strong relationships, and presenting our digital marketing solutions in a compelling way to meet client needs.
If you are proactive, persuasive, and results-driven, this role gives you the opportunity to contribute directly to the agency’s growth while working closely with a dynamic marketing team.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and pitch Ngital’s services and solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, strategy) to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Track leads, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to promote the agency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
