Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct reporting line to the company's Board and will be responsible for implementing the Board's decisions. The COO will have the right to participate in the Board's discussions related to company management and express their perspectives on those matters.
∎ Serve as the primary representative in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including investors, analysts, governmental bodies, and local communities. Ensure thorough preparation for and representation of the company in any media interactions, community concerns, or legal issues related to business activities.
∎ Establish and guide a top-tier team of financial experts after considerable staff changes, reinstating operational proficiency. Enhanced prediction precision and successfully pivoted the Group Finance Division to prioritize compliance, fiscal solidity, audit reliability, and heightened productivity.
∎ Lead comprehensive cross-functional turnaround initiatives involving process restructuring, expense minimization, strategic choices, system enhancement, workforce administration, and other enhancements in performance.
∎ Accountable for pinpointing and executing suitable sales objectives and tactics.
∎ Responsible for creating and supervising the implementation of various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing order and maximizing profits.
∎ Ensure steady progress towards short, medium, and long-term goals with robust execution and business development expertise.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
