• Strategic IT Planning: Develop plans and implement the group’s IT strategy, aligning it with corporate business objectives.

• Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize and digitize business processes, leveraging technology for competitive advantage.

• IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems and infrastructure.

• Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats aligning with Group’s security policies.

• Budget Management: Manage the IT budget for Bangladesh effectively and ensure cost-efficient operations.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
