Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have analysis knowledge to operate UV Spectrophotometer and Gas Chromatography (GC).
∎ To have analysis knowledge of Crude salt, iodized Salt and all types of water analysis.
∎ To have experience on vacuum evaporated iodized salt manufacturing.
∎ To have analysis knowledge of all incoming materials such as raw materials & packaging materials.
∎ To have concept to prepare all types of lab reagents and to operate lab related equipment's.
∎ To confirm compliance of all materials/finished product as per national & international regulatory.
∎ To ensure lab safety according to GLP, GHP, SHE & GMP guidelines.
∎ To have analysis knowledge of different Effluents from ETP plant, specially its COD & BOD test.
∎ To have concept about HACCP, FSSC, TQMS related documentation.
∎ To have habituate shifting duty.
∎ Any Other task assign by Manager, Quality Assurance.
