Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain production report (how many jars filled, sold) and sales report.
∎ Must ensure liters sold growth as a KPI/priority role and need to perform a "dual role" by focusing on driving sales up.
∎ Investigate reasons for lapses in water quality and suggest changes or solutions to these problems.
∎ Investigate pollution incidents from an expert or specialist view point.
∎ Contribute to projects concerning water quality improvement.
∎ Visit sites of concern, such as potential sources of pollution or contamination, and sources of complaints about drinking water quality.
∎ Arrange for emergency action in response to pollution-causing incidents.
∎ Carry out sample preparation, laboratory testing of samples for chemical or microbiological parameters and also assess the quality of taste and clarity of Water.
∎ Collect water samples & monitor, analyze and report on water quality data.
∎ Understand trends and patterns and assess compliance with regulatory standards and potential risks to consumers.
∎ Carry out daily laboratory quality control checks.
∎ Conduct research related to water quality and set up field surveys
∎ Consult information with water quality professionals and experts for quality improvements and resolving existing problems.
∎ Adhere to health and safety procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ A clear understanding about the drinking water industry, particularly water companies, and health and safety regulations.
∎ Interpersonal skills for liaising with customers, regulatory and health bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders.
∎ The applicants should have experience in at least one of these following business areas: Research Laboratory, purified water plant etc.
∎ Good laboratory skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data.
∎ Time management and organization skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
∎ Good Analytical and Observation skill, good communication skill, Research and Development.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
