Job Context:
∎ Raiyan Knit Composite Ltd, a reputed 100% export orient Knit composite garments factory is looking for a talented, experience, dynamic, potential professional as a Chemical Store in-charge for its factory located at Hortokitola, Chandra, Kaliakair, Gazipur.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Hortakitola, Chandra, Kaliakair, Gazipur, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible of inventory control & material administration at chemical store.
∎ Prepare and implement chemical management policy, chemical purchase, handling & storage policy and procedure as per buyers’ requirements.
∎ Make sure & prepare the docs. for the chemicals drilling & conducted to the working places and Compliance Docs.
∎ Maintain good quality and verifiable chemical data in the chemical inventory list (CIL).
∎ Collaborate with other chemical manager(s) and support the council to improve the company’s chemical management strategy and implementation plan.
∎ Prepare and implement the emergency chemicals response plan.
∎ Adopt and manage requirements given by customers RSL and MRSL plus wastewater discharge as a priority.
∎ Demonstrate good/deep knowledge and hands-on experience on ZDHC guidelines and tools including but not limited to the MRSL, approval CIM tools, wastewater guideline as well as the CMS guideline.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records register & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory BIN cards.
∎ Daily and monthly stock verification.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority. Evaluate the availability of space and prepare staking/storage plans prior to product arrivals
∎ Independently handle to stablish the ZDHC/DETOX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, GTW 2.0, GREEN by Oeko-tex standard at the chemical store/ floor.
∎ Coordinate with the chemical suppliers for collect and update the MSDS, TDS and Certificate time to time as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) as a chemical store in-charge with any renown composite factory.
∎ Must have to work experience to handle the Inditex, H&M etc buyer’s chemical management system.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Chemical store, Inventory management, Store Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in store management system and it's SOP Knowledge on inventory management system.
