∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SA8000,ISO19001
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Computer skill, Detail oriented, Management, Risk Management, Team Leadership, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform final evaluations and certify TE/GOTS audits projects
∎ Perform TE/GOTS audits
∎ Prepare audit reports
∎ Mentor and lead auditors
∎ Perform quarterly internal audits to ensure accreditation compliance
∎ Perform client trainings as necessary
∎ Share best practices and new ideas for standard and scheme improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest in everything that you do. Integrity is the most important core value at IDFL
∎ 5 years of auditing experience 3 of which as a TE/GOTS certifier
∎ Good communication skill is a must. (Both English and Bangla)
∎ Management experience and is a natural and patient leader
∎ Preferably also certified in other standards such as (SLCP, HIGG, WRAP, BSCI etc...) but not required.
∎ Does not encourage or engage in office politics
Salary: Negotiable
