Job Context:
∎ Asst. Support Engineer (NOC) (15)
∎ Installation, Configure, implementation & Maintenance of Networking devices like Mikrotik, CISCO Router, Switch, firewall, access point and diagnose Problems.
∎ Officer/Executive (Technical Marketing) (15)
∎ Job Context
∎ The main role of the position is to drive revenue and expand client base from institutional and B2B Channels for Company by selling internet, IT Products and IT Security Solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asst. Support Engineer (NOC)
∎ * Ensure technical support to clients according to online ticketing system.
∎ • Installation, Configure and trouble- shooting of internet, Network Switch- ing, Routing, and Security system in various Networking platforms.
∎ *Professionally communicate with vendor and IIG for any troubleshooting.
∎ *Provide support to clients by answering questions, replying emails, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow up.
∎ *Other responsibility provided by man agreement time to time.
∎ Officer/Executive (Technical Marketing)
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and new clients.
∎ Visit or meet, build and maintain relationships with current and pro- spective clients.
∎ * Achieve new revenue by selling products and services of the company in profitable manner.
∎ * Deliver monthly and yearly revenue and other assigned business targets.
∎ *Attend to client feedback and serve their business needs coordinating with internal departments
∎ * Ensure revenue collection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ • Vendor Certification like MTCNA, CCNA, will be an added advantage.
∎ * Experience in ISP will add an advantage.
