Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring a friendly and solution-focused experience for every customer.
Identify customer needs quickly and provide accurate information about services, processes, and requirements.
Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up notes, and status updates in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the next steps when required.
Resolve queries, complaints, or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product/service knowledge to provide correct and up-to-date information.
Uphold company standards for communication, behaviour, and data privacy in every interaction.
Provide timely feedback on customer trends, concerns, or repeated issues to help improve service quality.
