Content Strategy

• Build weekly/monthly content plans aligned with business goals (leads, sales, brand trust).

• Create content pillars, campaign themes, and posting calendars.

• Research audience pain points, competitors, and trends to generate relevant content ideas.

• Improve content based on performance data (reach, CTR, leads, watch time).

Content Writing & Production Support

• Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, carousels, and short scripts (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts).

• Write performance copy for Meta ads (primary text, headline, CTA) and creatives.

• Draft landing page / website copy (when needed): offer pages, program pages, FAQs.

• Maintain brand tone: persuasive but “legal-safe” (no false claims).

Collaboration

• Work with design/video team to guide visuals and on-screen text.

• Coordinate with sales/consulting team to capture real FAQs and objections.

• Prepare content briefs for editors/designers: hook, storyline, CTA, visual direction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years in content writing/copywriting + content strategy (or strong portfolio).

• Proven ability to write for Bangla + English (if applicable to your audience).

• Strong understanding of:

  • Hook writing, storytelling, persuasion, CTA

  • Social content formats: reels scripts, carousel structures, UGC style

  • Basic marketing funnels: awareness → trust → conversion

• Ability to research and simplify complex topics into easy language.

• Portfolio showing social posts/scripts/campaign content.

Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)

• Experience with agencies, education, visa/migration, or service businesses.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, content analytics, and A/B testing.

• Basic SEO knowledge (blogs, service pages).

• Ability to appear on camera or write UGC-style creator scripts.
