Responsibilities & Context:

📞 Call Centre & Patient Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Respond to patient messages (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) with accuracy and empathy

  • Maintain daily & weekly call reports

  • Ensure proper patient follow-up and appointment coordination

  • Provide clear, helpful, and patient-friendly communication

📱 Social Media

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across social channels

  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports

📊 Strategy & Coordination

  • Monitor market trends & competitor activities

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and patient-friendly content

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships

⚙️ Additional Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and Social media analytics tools

  • Strong communication skills in Bengali & English (spoken & written)

  • Ability to manage patient communication

  • Experience handling call center operations & CRM tools
