Responsibilities & Context:
Clinical Assessment & Screening
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examination.
Perform structured screening for foot, neuropathy, vascular, and related conditions.
Interpret findings and assist in developing treatment plans.
Wound Dressing & Management
Perform and assist in regular wound dressing.
Manage acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic and post-surgical cases.
Monitor healing progress and update treatment plans.
Ensure proper infection control practices.
Therapy-Based Patient Care
Supervise patients undergoing therapy-based treatments.
Conduct pre- and post-session assessments and ensure patient safety.
Monitor patients during therapy and manage any complications.
Exposure to advanced therapies and clinical systems will be provided.
Operation Theatre (OT) Support
Assist consultants in OT procedures
Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Ensure proper patient preparation and documentation
IPD (Inpatient) Responsibilities
Act as Duty Doctor for admitted patients.
Conduct daily rounds and monitor patient progress.
Handle emergency situations and escalation.
Research & Data Analysis
Participate in clinical data collection and outcome tracking.
Assist in analyzing patient data and treatment outcomes.
Support research initiatives, audits, and protocol improvement.
Contribute to building evidence-based clinical practices.
Team Coordination
Work closely with consultants and senior doctors.
Supervise and guide nursing staff and assistants.
Participate in clinical discussions and case planning.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate medical records (EHR).
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.
Outreach (When Required)
Participate in screening camps and external programs.
