• Age 22 to 30 years

Job Responsibilities:
50+ কল Attend করার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে

• বিদেশে পড়াশোনায় আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছে Outbound কল করা (লিড দেওয়া থাকবে)

• Study destination, university options ও basic admission/visa requirements সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট তথ্য প্রদান

• শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য সঠিকভাবে CRM / Lead Management System-এ এন্ট্রি করা

• Counselling appointment schedule করা এবং নিয়মিত follow-up করা

• Inbound কল ও মেসেজে পেশাদারভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন হলে সিনিয়র কাউন্সেলরের কাছে রেফার করা

• শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা

• Daily ও weekly call target এবং engagement target পূরণ করা

• Counselling ও Marketing টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে লিড ম্যানেজমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা

• বিদেশে শিক্ষা, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আপডেট ও ভিসা প্রসেস সংক্রান্ত নতুন তথ্য সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা

Preferred Industry Experience (যেকোনো একটি হলে অগ্রাধিকার):

• Education / Immigration Consultancy Firm

• Immigration & Visa Processing Company

• Consulting Firms

• Embassy / Foreign Consulate related service

Required Skills & Competencies:

• ✅ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) বোঝাপড়া

• ✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills

• ✅ Strong phone conversation & follow-up skills

• ✅ Good listening skill

• ✅ Flexibility & adaptability

• ✅ Basic computer & data entry skill
