Responsibilities & Context:
Skilled in using CAD pattern-making software like Lectra to create patterns based on buyer requirements shared by the garment merchandiser, ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsible for reviewing sketches and samples to develop prototypes that meet buyer specifications.
Collaborate with sample makers, cutters, merchandisers, technicians, and senior team members for smooth coordination.
Handle pattern corrections and offer technical support during sample development and production stages.
Focus on reducing costs by streamlining processes, minimizing waste, and reducing rejections.
Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
