∎ Graduate from a reputed University Diploma/Bachelor degrees and candidates with specialized training in garment manufacturing from reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Overall Operations of the Country.
∎ People Management, Compliance to the Local laws
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Supervision all the departments such as merchandising operations, QA, finance, HR etc.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advise factory/ Production/Quality team of fabric, production, quality etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-10 years' work experience in a similar position at a reputed garments factory / sourcing company.
∎ English and Bengal proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Market Knowledge
∎ Time Management and planning skills.

Salary: Negotiable
