∎ Experience Requirements: 12 - 15 years (with at least 5 years Work Experience in Managerial Position in any Garment Manufacturing / Trading / Sourcing / Buying Office
∎ Framework of this Position: This is Senior Level Independent Supervisory Position reporting directly to MGT
∎ The objective of opening this Position is to expand the Business into New Markets, Customers thru generating organic order of approximately 7-10 Million US$ in-line with the overall Business growth of the Company by 2024.
∎ Need extensive traveling, experience in customers meeting, cost price negotiations, ability to take instant and correct decision.
∎ Scope of this Position: Generate New Orders from the Targeted / New Market.
∎ Penetrate More Orders from Existing Customer by Assuring Service Excellence.
∎ Develop Short & Long-term Business Development Strategy to achieve the Targets.
