Job Context:
∎ we are hiring a business development manager to take over a
∎ mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation
∎ activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
∎ Explore market and onboard clients as per business requirement.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the client for sustainable business relationship.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
∎ Ensure business growth as per expectation and beyond.
∎ Prepare and share business reporting time to time.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
∎ Initiate ideas and develop strategy in the area for business development.
∎ Support clients to have a great service experience by the company.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the internal team (Within and cross function) to resolve any
∎ issue. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent
∎ growth

∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
