∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Risk Analysis, QA & production meeting;
∎ Collecting all relevant documents & test report for PPM & conducting PPM and making PPM;
∎ Ensure all SOP are implemented and maintaining according to customer manual;
∎ Proactively raise style specific call outs during line review;
∎ Ensure all style alert CAP are implemented and pilot run product review properly;
∎ Ensure all concern points are corrected & 100% Key POM are maintaining;
∎ Ensure to maintain overall quality level (OQL) & create defects reduction plan based on OQL and top 3 defects/ daily/weekly/monthly;
∎ Campaigning the production and quality team for practicing the first-time right work;
∎ Collecting all relevant document and test report for FRI & review In-house and external all test reports;
∎ Checking Fusing test report /SPC/Pinch setting/Data sheet/pull test/TTF etc.;
∎ Problem Solving and discuss quality development with production & QA team;
∎ GSM/oz checking report;
∎ Any major problem found inform to QA & Production team to resolve immediately;
∎ Checking all new styles in finishing for pressing and accessories attachment with packing accuracy Process validation / System Audit / Technical audit / FCCA follow up;
∎ Evaluating, and assessing products to determine that they meet the desired quality level;
∎ Moreover, candidate will ensure supervision, discipline and development of good organizational culture including welfare aspects of the work force of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Experience in similar managerial position in larger apparel industry and also should have extensive knowledge with working experience of international reputed buyer as well as their brand products;
∎ Candidates must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English language and be able to communicate independently with buyer's representative at the factory.
