Job Requirements:

• Lead product development activities in the woven garments category, ensuring timely execution and buyer satisfaction.

• Work with buyers to obtain development packages, arrange samples, and negotiate pricing.

• Oversee approval processes including samples, materials, testing, fit, PP, TOP, and shipment documentation.

• Review cost sheets, conduct price negotiations, and drive margin improvements in line with business goals.

• Order bulk fabrics and trims following order confirmation.

• Coordinate with international buyers, Product Development, QA, Technical, and vendor partners.

• Manage existing buyers and develop new buyer relationships to support business growth.

• Update buyers on production progress and ensure timely shipment.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on order status and business performance for senior management.

• Lead, coach, and develop a merchandising support team to enhance departmental efficiency.
