Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have the ability to take necessary measures to speed up the sample and innovation section;
∎ Able to handle sample sections with all logistic supportive pattern;
∎ Able to work smoothly, keeping no backlog, and having strong leadership and decision-making with a clear vision;
∎ Need to share team successes and failures as well as be a good problem solver / take timely action;
∎ Monitor production and identify potential disruptions due to continuous emerging technologies and be able to take appropriate steps to meet customer needs and improve the organization;
∎ Develop and implement innovation strategies;
∎ Based on observations capable to develop strategic plans for innovation and guide the ideation process;
∎ Identify risk factors, develop and implement them for customer satisfaction;
∎ Build a culture of innovation;
∎ Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, or brainstorming sessions;
∎ Measuring innovation performance;
∎ Establishes metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary;
∎ Moreover, candidate will ensure supervision, discipline and development of good organizational culture including welfare aspects of the work force of the factory.
