Responsibilities & Context:
Implement the new method of automation template (Multi operation in one Template) to save the SAM.
Template cut as per the design & setting for the appropriate sewing.
To create the program for BOK Auto Sewing Machine.
To troubleshoot the functional problem of BOK Auto Sewing Machine.
Deliver the Template on time as per production sewing plan.
Style wise prepare each template making cost.
After use the template how much saved of SAM must be recorded.
JIG set pattern making for lock stitch Sewing Machine.
Minimize the wastage of template board & materials.
Maintain detailed records of Template, adjustments, and relevant information version wise for future reference.
Record and organize feedback from other teams.
Keeping daily, weekly & monthly Template report.
Each month prepare the material requirement list for next month.
Any other task assigned by management.
