∎ Masters in Any discipline.
∎ Lead Auditor courses for WRAP/BSCI/SA8000/ISO14000/!SO4500/ISO9001 will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a central Compliance policy for the company.
∎ Maintain a central Compliance manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the company
∎ Take part in the development of the MIS system for the business wide management of all Compliance activities.
∎ Undertake Zero Tolerance Violation (ZTV) monitoring visits to key factories.
∎ Undertake Integrity audits to key factories
∎ Undertake periodic internal, independent and external joint audits with the local Compliance Team members to ensure the diligence and consistency of the approach.
∎ Undertake joint visits/shadow audits/witness audits with Groups' Compliance Team members to ensure that the "quality" of the work being undertaken is maintained at all times.
∎ Maintain vigilance on all internal/3rd party/customer Compliance reports and support any potentially business critical issues which may develop, highlighting any / all risks to the relevant B.U. Head and the appropriate compliance team
∎ Undertake Compliance Risk Management process for the Business Units
∎ Undertake or arrange training for the employees of the Group companies and its supplier factories on Compliance policy and procedures including Zero Tolerance Violations, unauthorized sub- contracting, business critical issues or any other Compliance matter in line with business needs.

∎ At least 5 years as an auditor or in a similar position in any Brand/Sourcing office/3rd party audit firm, candidates having working experience in the field as mentioned in the role/responsibilities below will be preferred.
