Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide local helpdesk support and resolution for all users with hardware, software and application problems
∎ Utilizing available tools while following policies and procedure for the handling of support cases.
∎ Consistently communicate Information Security best practices to all users to ensure alignment with policies and procedure.
∎ Ensure that all service requests are properly documented in the ticketing system.
∎ Ensure that hardware and software systems are functioning properly and that operation standards are met.
∎ Further tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Basic understanding of computer hardware and software, such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other applications etc.
∎ Must be proficient in English.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
