Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the front desk / reception area.
∎ Maintain presentable Front Desk zone.
∎ Responsible for managing incoming/outgoing mail/ parcel/ couriers.
∎ Welcoming visitors at the office and guiding them to reach the desired contact person.
∎ Managing incoming/outgoing calls professionally and transferring calls to the right places.
∎ Maintaining various register books.
∎ Proper addressing of requests/queries of visitors or via phone calls.
∎ Organize board meetings, conference, team wise meetings & take meeting minutes.
∎ Receiving & ensuring the delivery of letters / documents and keeping records.
∎ Look after the admin support related works of the office.
∎ Providing secretarial support to the management.
∎ Source office supplies.
∎ Any other task assigned by Admin / Management.

∎ Age at least 22 years
