Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the Coordinator Audit, the overall purpose of this position is to take part in internal Audits, MFP Monitoring, risk management, quality control and assurance, standardization of the functions of the company, evolving and developing processes to ensure adherence to policy, prudent reporting requirements, management and internal controls.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop risk based audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities in related departments.
∎ Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures and compliance to external regulation.
∎ Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management.
∎ Analyze audit findings and recommendations with management of the various functions.
∎ Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
∎ Monitor timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.
∎ Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by the Coordinator Audit
∎ Keep abreast with latest developments in the micro Credit Program audit and accounting fields with a view to enhancing internal audit function as a key contributor to CSS strategy.
∎ Assisting Coordinator Audit - Internal Audit in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of internal audit operations.
∎ Assisting Coordinator Audit- Internal Audit in managing identification and evaluation of the organization’s audit risk areas and providing significant input to the development of a risk-based audit plan.
∎ Assisting Coordinator Audit in the identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure performing internal audit functions as per audit program and maintaining working paper file properly at the branch and field level.
∎ Internal audit report prepared and submitting the report to the Coordinator Audit as per deadline.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Coordinator Audit /Director Audit of the CSS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 10 years practical experience in Micro credit program including at least 4 years practical experience of managing 1 branch.
∎ Must be working as a branch manager of Micro credit program with at least 4 years experience.
∎ Must have a valid motor driving license and the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh riding the motor cycle.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Candidate should be honest, hard worker & non-smoker.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25250 - 29988 (Monthly)
∎ Probation Period Salary: Tk 25,250-Tk 27,446 . After Confirmation Salary will be: Tk 27,712-Tk 29,988
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
