SNOWTEX Group is one of the leading RMG industry, is seeking some skilled and proactive "Asst./Deputy Manager – Marketing (Embroidery, Quilting & Printing)" for it's Corporate Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets

* Develop new Direct Buyers and Garment Factory clients

* Secure buyer nominations from international brands

* Maintain strong relationships with Buying Houses & Liaison Offices

* Ensure maximum production capacity utilization

* Prepare costing, quotations, and negotiate prices

* Monitor payment realization and coordinate with production

* Lead and guide the marketing team; prepare management reports
