• Master’s in HRM, Law, or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law & related compliance.

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with integrity and fairness.

• Act as the dedicated IR lead for the factory and manage all IR-related issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with workers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth communication.

• Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in line with labor law and company policy.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law, labor court issues, and regulatory requirements.

• Support collective bargaining and negotiations with worker representatives.

• Develop & implement proactive strategies to reduce workplace conflict and enhance employee engagement.

• Maintain liaison with government agencies, BGMEA, BEPZA, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.

• Provide guidance to line managers on disciplinary actions, standing orders, and legal procedures.
