Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
∎ Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
∎ Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
∎ Supervise and guide production staff during shifts and support as needed.
∎ Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
∎ Assist in maintaining production records and reporting metrics to the Shift In-Charge.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and routine checks.
