∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in woven based RMG is a must.
∎ Job aspirants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ If the experience is greater than 3 years and you are unfamiliar with woven products, don't approach.
∎ Practical knowledge on ERP will add value.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Ability:
∎ Excellent organization skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of MS Office.
∎ KRA:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies
∎ Collaborate with buyers and suppliers.
∎ Advising and assisting the CAD & Sample department
∎ Personality Traits:
∎ Cannot be chauvinist.
∎ Must have a friendly attitude & open mindset.
∎ Rational thinker.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 27000 (Monthly)
