Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain buyers' order (SMS and/ or confirmed) details (tech-pack, PO, SC, MLC etc.) from marketing.
∎ Forward buyers' PO, SC and Master LC to Commercial team.
∎ Confirm materials booking/ PO through ERP as per the production TNA.
∎ Collect PI from supplier.
∎ Check detail description, terms & conditions of PI and ensure that the PI is workable as per commercial and banking norms.
∎ Upload the PI in ERP and forward to commercial for opening B2B LC/ TT/ FDD.
∎ Collect materials for making the garments sample as per the buyers' order demand.
∎ Monitor/ follow-up with Sample section for making the garments sample on time.
∎ Submit the garments sample to buyer for approval.
∎ Communicate with marketing team to update the revised price in ERP.
∎ Review the inventory report and check the materials in house status randomly to avoid any last minute problem in production.
∎ Submission of all kind of samples (like confirm order proto, fit, size set, black seal, PP, golds seal, test, TOP, shipment sample etc.) to meet Buyers' requirement through monitoring the TNA.
∎ Attend PP meeting.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of Garments and provide Packing list to HO commercial duly.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance EXCEL, MS word, Outlook.
∎ Production knowledge.
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure.
∎ Good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
